WHAT I HAVE DISCOVERED ABOUT ME...
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A BOOK...WOMEN FOOD AND GOD BY GENEEN ROSS.....IT IS A REALLY GOOD BOOK TO READ. SHE TOUCHES ON "WHY" WE ATE THE WAY WE ATE BEFORE THE SURGERY.( IT IS NOT ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY) JUST ABOUT WHY WE EAT THE WAY WE DO. THAT PART OF US THAT SAYS I AM HUNGRY OR I WANT TO EAT....
IT HAS REALLY HELPED ME...SHE STATES THAT WE CAN EAT ANYTHING WE WANT... IF WE CHOOSE WHAT OUR BODIES IS TELLING US IT NEEDS AND LISTEN TO IT. FOR THOSE OF US (WLSP) WE KNOW THAT BAD CARBS, SUGAR, SODAS ETC ARE NOT WHAT OUR BODIES ARE TELLING US WE NEED.IT IS HOWEVER THAT PART OF US (OUR BRAIN ) THAT TELLS US WE WANT THE BAD STUFF.... I STARTED USING THIS PROCESS MONDAY...ALSO SHE SAYS IF WE PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN OUR BODIES TELL US WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND STOP EATING WE CAN AND WILL LOOSE WEIGHT.
THE BOOK IS SOOO MUCH MORE THAN I CAN EVER EXPLAIN...
I PLAN ON GETTING ALL OF HER BOOKS...
I AM NOT SAYING THIS BOOK IS FOR EVERYONE. BUT JUST WANTED TO SHARE SINCE MONDAY ( I WEIGHED THIS MORNING ) I HAVE LOST 3+ LBS I STARTED WALKING AGAIN ON MONDAY IN THE MORNING TOO
WITH READING EGG FACE'S PROFILE AND GETTING MANY WONDERFUL IDEAS I HAVE PLANNED HIGH PROTEIN MEALS I FORGOT WHERE IT IS I CAME FROM...LIKE I FORGOT HOW I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE EATING...I AM JUST EXCITED ... RENEWED I HOPE AND PRAY THIS CAN SOMEHOW HELP SOMEONE.....

AWESOME...I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT THE FIRST PART..BUT IT GETS BETTER...I PLAN ON READING IT AGAIN AND NOT JUST HIGHLIGHTING WHAT MENT SOMETHING...BUT REALLY THINKING ABOUT " WHY I ATE THE WAY I DID BEFORE BY PASS AND WHY I STILL WANT TO EAT THAT WAY"
